     Medals and the Distinguished Flying Cross

VOCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL

Private investor/renovator of residential properties, specializing in historic Southern California
     structures, 1975 – present

Executive positions in corporate banking and finance, to include Senior Financial Officer of
     a Fortune 1000 company, through 1991

Founding owner, Su Casa Mi Casa, a residential and light commercial construction and repair
     company, licensed in California and New Mexico, since 1992.  The company, which has
     employed up to 26, has built or remodeled/restored in excess of 500 residential or
     commercial projects.

Founding owner, Mac The Inspector, a full service commercial and residential real estate
     inspection company, since 1995.  Services include on-site general property inspections,
     invasive testing, construction project oversight, defect detection and vendor proposal
     review.  The company maintains a referral network including Civil and Structural
     Engineers, and trade practitioners in foundation, electrical, mechanical and
     landscaping/drainage.  Through 2005, over 3500 clients have been served.

     Courts, arbitration and mediation settings
